How far in advance should I book my outfit?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks before your event so there is enough time for consultation, stitching, fittings, and any final adjustments.

Do you offer made-to-measure stitching for all sizes?
Yes, every outfit is tailored to your exact measurements, and we accommodate petite, standard, and sizes for a flattering, comfortable fit.

Can I customize the design, color or fabric?
In most cases, yes. You can share your inspiration photos and preferences, and we will advise what is possible in terms of cuts, colors, fabrics, and handwork.

What if I can’t visit your studio in person?
You can also book your consultation through WhatsApp or a call, share your measurements and references online, and we will coordinate fabric, design, and fittings remotely as much as possible.

Are customized stitched outfits returnable?
Custom and made-to-measure pieces are stitched specifically for you, so they are generally not eligible for return; minor fitting issues can often be adjusted during your fitting.

Also, do you provide alterations on existing outfits?
Basic alterations may be possible depending on the garment and fabric; share clear photos or bring the outfit to the studio so our team can confirm what can be done and the charges.
